  • All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered at all

  • There was a duplicate payment error

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after service initiation

  • Delay caused by user non-response

  • Issues related to third-party services or platforms

  • Completed or partially delivered services

 

4. Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent service suspension

  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence
